A ghost investigation is a carefully controlled, scientific research project of a location known, reported, or
presumed( though usually with probable cause) to be haunted. Most investigations are instigated at the request
of the owner or resident of the property, although researchers sometimes ask the owners/residents for
permission to investigate properties that are reported to be haunted.

There are a few reasons to carry out a ghost investigation:

To prove or disprove a haunting and/or;

To assist the owners of the property in their own investigation and/or;

To help the ghosts leave the location and move on to their rightful place in the spirit world.

Some possible phenomena that we/you may experience are:

Noises:

You may hear a "disembodied voice. Our experience (while analyzing EVP's) has shown that these can sound
like a "robotic" type sound or sound like the spirit did when they were alive. They are more commonly captured
on the recorders versus hearing them out right.

You may here foot steps and or a sound of an object being moved.

You may hear music playing and there isn't any explained instruments or sources.
There are several other type of noises you may hear, the main thing to remember is to journal the instance. Note
the location where the noise originated from, make descriptive observations when trying to observe the sound.

Forms and/or Apparitions:

These can be shadow people or black like figures, light anomalies, or an apparition. Spirit tends to manifest itself
from drawing from energy around them. Whether its atmospherically or humanistic, research shows those of the
spiritual plane tend to require "energy" to draw from. In our experience, of visually seeing both the full-bodied
apparition was foggy around the edges however looked just like you or I, they are very lifelike. The shadow
people is just like a dark, very dark, blob of matter with human form. They can be a little scary, very intimidating
however, mostly there is a lack of intelligent communication present in these sightings. Light anomalies are very
fascinating, due to they are intelligent forms. They will respond to request and will duplicate an action of the
investigator. We believe the main thing to remember when your are witnessing paranormal phenomenon is as
scary as it may initially be, if you can muster up the courage to speak to it, and intelligently intermingle with the
spirit, then immediately try and stop everything you are doing to write down all the details surrounding this
phenomenon. Generally speaking the sighting doesn't last very Long journaling can be very helpful in haunting
of any kind, to not only the homeowners, business owners and investigators but in also uncovering normal
explanations to disprove or debunk and/or comparing the paranormal activity in reoccurring situations.

Smells/Feelings:

There has been several claims of smells that cannot be explained through normal means of haunting locations.
Many claim to smell, "related perfume smells," of the deceased, fresh bakery smells, cigar smells and many,
many others, too many to mention. These should be journaled as well. One particular phenomenon we
repeatedly experience is the overwhelming feeling of nausea and dizziness and generally speaking, this feeling
occurs when we are performing an investigation and in turn we will capture phenomenon on a scientific basis's
the same time frame with that feeling. Although it is a sickening feeling, we welcome it and get excited because
we have never been let down by spirit contact when this occurs.

Physical harm:

Unfortunately there are negative/demonic entities present on this plane, whom only quest is to extreme haunt a
person and /or family. They do this through physically hurting members of a family through unexplained injuries
such as scratches, bruises, cuts and any other form of physical harm they can and will cause. They attack the
person regardless of time of day, however many claims have happened during the night while the person is
asleep. Their intentions are negative and with will intent.
